Wayne Throop: Training Manager / Business Coach

Wayne Throop is a Real Estate Broker, Training Manager & Business Coach who has been a part of Royal LePage since 2004. Starting as a Sales Representative in 2004, he quickly became one of the company's top REALTORS®. Between 2004-2010 he was in the Top 5% of Agents across Canada 5 times earning several sales awards including the Directors Platinum award twice in 2006 & 2007 and then the Diamond Sales award 3 consecutive years from 2008-2010. Starting in 2011, Wayne’s real estate career shifted from sales to management when he became a Broker/Manager specializing in coaching, training and mentoring new agents. His real estate sales experience proved to be a big asset in ensuring our new agents are successful in starting their real estate careers. In addition to working closely with brand new agents, Wayne does one-on-one coaching with experienced agents and hosts several mastermind groups. He is our Buffini Certified Mentor delivering the Buffini Peak Producers & Pathway to Mastery programs and he is also certified with Richard Robbins to deliver their Masters Formula programs.

Rita Harper: Trainer for Teams

Rita Harper has actively enhanced her Real Estate Portfolio through her various experiences including actively trading  in real estate as a successful real estate agent, to owing her own real estate company, to becoming Vice President of Business Development and Training for Royal LePage Team Realty. Rita's expertise lies in training, mentoring, coaching and creating new and innovative tools, resources and training on an ongoing basis. Rita has been an integral member of Royal LePage Team Realty Management Team since it's start in 1999 which has assisted in the Company becoming the Number 1 Real Estate Firm on the Ottawa Real Estate Board.

Ginny Anderson: Trainer with Royal LePage RCR Realty

Ginny Anderson is an established Broker with Royal LePage RCR Realty, has been assisting clients who are buying and selling homes in Dufferin County since 1999. In 2022, she was awarded the Royal LePage Red Diamond award, placing her in the top 5% of Royal LePage salespeople across Canada.

Ginny works with a strong network of repeat and referral business and is motivated by her love for people and dedication to producing top results. Ginny brings all of these fabulous qualities into her training programs, guiding our salespeople how to provide knowledgeable, quality service to their clients.
