4. Preparing Listings: 

When you’re ready to list a property, you’ll need to take photos, write descriptions, and create marketing materials to attract buyers.

5. Administrative Tasks: 

Make sure you’re keeping track of paperwork, managing your schedule, and updating your website to ensure everything is up to date and runs smoothly.
